Basic functions.

  • Customers.

    Keep track of all members, create specific mailing lists, handle bookings and customize memberships. Handling customers should be easy for the hourly employee as well as someone who works with the system every day and at the same time contain advanced functions.

  • Bookings.

    Booking a class should be quick and easy regardless of being a group activity or a massage. Customize rules, control access for different memberships, handle the staff schedule and offer drop in classes on your web page.

  • Memberships.

    Seasonal and monthly memberships, punch cards, and everything in between! Regardless of being a regular punch card or a special welcoming offer you can create it in Wondr. Offer a big variety of different memberships or just a selected few, it’s all up to you!

  • Payments.

    Wondr offers several ways to handle payments. Cards, invoice, Autogiro, Swish and on site card payments are just a few. You use as few or as many as you want. The members have access to their own digital receipts that can be downloaded if needed.

  • App.

    Of course we have an app! Both for IOS och Android users where the members can book activities, sign up for workshops, buy new memberships, download reciepts and refill their digital punch card.

  • Reports.

    In order to become profitable it is vital to have access to statistis that can be evaluated before future endeavors. With Wondrs reports it’s easy to keep track of important numbers, revenue, check in history, booking history and everything in between.

Optionals.

  • Webshop.

    Sell products online through Wondrs webshop. Wondr handles orders as well as delivieries. Members can shop straight from the app with their own offers and prices.

  • Smart rules.

    With Smart Rules you program the system to abide to your needs.

    Issue warnings when activities are missed, stay in touch with automatic messages or send a reminder that their card is about to expire. All automatic of course!

  • Mailing.

    Wondr can send messages through three different channels, email, push notifications and text. Every member can chose how they which to receive their notifications and adapt their chosen form of communication.

  • CRM.

    Organize your sales process with the help of CRM (Customer Relationship Management). This function is designed to facilitate the sales processby making it easier to keep track of potential leads, assign tasks to the right employee, divide responsibilities and so much more.

  • Forms.

    With forms it’s easy to create application forms for special classes, workshops, member parties or other events you which to organize.

    Build the forms from scratch, collect essential information, and get detailed list of the participants. The participant pay when registrating and they can also register friends at the same time.

  • Campaigns.

    Create campaign with smart landning pages and capture potential customers in digital marketing channels which are automatically synchronized to Wond’s CRM. Detailed statistics makes is easy to evaluate the results to make the next campaign even more successful!
